Over the last twenty years, Beena Vision has pioneered and developed a number of innovative products using sophisticated machine vision and non-contact measurement technologies. These products are specifically designed to provide valuable information to effectively assess railcar components. What you’ll do? You will provide both technical and hardware support for the installed Beena Vision installations. This position is intended to provide the customer with total product support ensuring that the CMMS and hardware operation becomes an integral part of the clients’ maintenance regimes. You’ll become an expert on Trimble Beena Vision products. You will be managing and improving the customer relationship from physical maintenance of computer systems and communicating Software issues to our Development teams.This role is based in Australia, with up to 50% travel domestically. It is important to note that there will be remote locations to which you would travel. Who you are? You will be a strong background in Computer Systems, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering along with demonstrated experience in a similar position.
