KEY INFORMATION

JOB TITLE: Shotfirer

LOCATION: Telfer

START DATE: ASAP

DURATION: Long Term work

ROSTER: FIFO 8:6 and 2:1 from PERTH

TRAVEL: Included

PAY RATE: $47 flat

THE CLIENT

Work for one of WA’s biggest Drill and Blast companies, with reputable national and international clients, innovative equipment and career opportunities for their employees.

SCOPE OF WORK

Daily duties include but not limited too:

Check Blasting areas have met Workplace health and Safety Requirements

Priming explosives using detonators and explosive cartridges

Working with wires, fuses and detonating cords

Testing electrical circuits

Marking and Loading shots

Time management for yourself & other team members

Effectively communicating with Management

Following all Workplace and Safety Procedures and Policies

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

1 year shot firing experience - Required

Working with Dangerous goods card - Required

Shotfiring License - Required

WA License - Required

Police clearance
