As the lead Sales Associate to this successful Principal, you will be mentored and trained to reach your biggest potential and earn great money in Real Estate. For this role you MUST be goal oriented and hungry for success. Specific duties will include but not be limited to: Prospecting for sales leads in the inner Northern suburbs (Ascot, Hamilton, Albion, Lutwyche, Wilston, Windsor, Grange and Newmarket) Database entry and management Handling phone and email enquiry from buyers Liaising with vendors, buyers and contractors Conducting open homes and private Buyer inspections Attending Appraisals and Listing Appointments Client care & buyer follow up Liaising with vendors and buyers, photographers etc. Negotiate sales Prepare marketing material, ad and editorial writing Marketing monitoring Holding and attending Auctions
You will be given the opportunity to receive one on one training from a highly experienced, successful agent with the backing of the leading Real Estate brand. You will have a massive amount of energy and will be ambitious, driven and hungry. You must have a current Sales Certificate or Certificate of Registration and at least 6 months experience in a Real Estate Sales Associate role to be considered.
