Reporting to the State Sales Manager, this role is responsible for achieving the sales targets of the core 'HomeSolution by Metricon' Brand within NSW.
The successful candidate will operate at both the strategic and operational level to develop and implement sales strategies; and the implementation and training of these to support Metricon’s continued growth and lead the industry in its identified markets.
You will also be required to lead the sales team and assist in the training of the support staff within the NSW region to maximise efficiency, minimise costs and develop a highly competent and professional team. In return, you will receive:

The successful candidate will have:
• Previous experience as a Sales Manager
• A professional and innovative approach to creating new sales opportunities;
• A proven track record in leading, training and coaching sales staff and support staff in focusing on agreed objectives to maximise performance; and
• Experience in implementing business strategies and achieving sales targets.
