Our client is an Australia leading retirement housing developer who is an ASX listed company. They have over 20 year’s experience in providing living options, facilities and services that enable retirees to live the life they’ve always wanted in their later years.
Due to continued growth within their business they are seeking the services of an experienced Sales Executive to work on the North Shore and Northern Beaches. You will be responsible for selling across a number retirement villages requiring you to build relationships with retiree’s and promote the villages in the local community. With plenty of stock to be sold and a lucrative commission structure, the earning potential for this role is huge!
To be considered for this position you will ideally have around two years sales experience in retirement or residential sales as well as: Exceptional Negotiation Skills The ability to Build & Maintain strong Relationships with Clients An Understanding Personality with the Abilityt oShow Empathy A Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License Your Own Reliable Motor Vehicle
Their operations in New South Wales are well led by an experienced Sales Manager who knows how to put retirement deals together. You will be working for an ASX listed company who has good structures in place which will assist you to achieve your targets. Majority of leads are provided to you with some warm prospecting required. You will have the opportunity to earn good commissions on top of your base salary whilst helping people.
