We are seeking a highly effective, adaptable Retail Services Manager to the join the Group. Working with a dynamic and very collaborative Retail Team, this role requires the successful applicant to manage retail teams and activites in the absence of the Retail Manager at our various stores.
Travel is a large part of this role, and based out of Brisbane or Sunshine Coast area the role will require being allocated for a week or possibly weeks at a time in any of our 21 stores in QLD and 3 stores in NSW (West Ryde and Newcastle) .
A retail training background will be viewed as favorable as there will be a requirement to assist and support the Retail Team's sales initiatives.

Qualifications and experience: 2-3 years as a Retail Manager; Certificate in Community Pharmacy; Demonstrated experience managing daily pharmacy operations; Proficiency with basic computer software programs; Certificate in Retail (preferable but not essential); Current police clearance; Previous sales training experience within the retail sector is essential; and Evaluate training deliverables to positively influence overall sales culture.
