About the opportunity
As the Group Manager, Residential Aged Care you will hold overall operational responsibility across multiple Aged Care Services across Queensland.
Your main responsibilities will include day to day operational support to multiple sites ensuring accreditation, quality, compliance & funding indicators are met & maintained.
You will be an experienced, self-motivated and proactive manager who has a proven track record within an operational capacity supporting multiple sites.
Your focus will be around the provision of quality care. To include the achievement of financial budgets, implementation review & continued development of standards and procedures. Whilst promoting productivity of your team members throughout the services.
Duties Day to day support of multiple aged care facilities in their delivery of person-centred and relational care that meets resident needs and expectations Provide leadership & direction to team members Actively promote a culture of service delivery Ensure quality & accreditation guidelines are met Oversight of ACFI process Finance & HR management Motivation & support to multiple teams Contribute to the strategic direction of the service Offer suggestions for improvements
Skills and Experience Tertiary qualifications in Nursing or relevant healthcare related field Post-graduate qualifications in business Understanding of residential & community care services Up to date knowledge of industry standards Experience with multisite management Ability to support a multi-disciplinary team Finance & HR management experience Effective communication & interpersonal skills
