A major financial institute based in Sydney CBD is seeking an Oracle Functional Consultant to join a HR systems team.
Responsibilities: Provide HR systems support and problem solving analysisLiaise with customers to understand their needsDevelops and execute testing plans for any system changes, enhancements and upgradesDesign and support policy automation projects including letter generation workflowsDesign and support policy (Oracle Knowledge Advance) implementationsPartners with the business to identify best fit for purpose technology solutions that fit the enterprise policies landscape Performs assessments impacts to systems based on change requests, including informing the change and communications process to downstream teamsInvestigate recurring system issues and determine root cause, and implement process improvements to prevent further issuesManage relationships with our partner Oracle to ensure licensing and solutions fitProvides Adhoc support to other Key People Systems across the bank
Key Skills / Experience Experience working with HR systemsOKA (Oracle Knowledge advance) and OPA (Oracle policy automation)Demonstrated experience in working with IT and business stakeholders to deliver best policy solutions.Functional and technical system configuration experienceOracle Service Cloud
