Tecside Group are currently seeking an experienced Night Shift Manager for a permanent vacancy with a well-respected brand based in Brisbane's southern suburbs. This role will see you working within a fast-paced packaging environment and the successful candidate will have at least 3 years' supervisory or managerial experience, ideally with previous exposure to FMCG.
Duties include but are not limited to:
3 years' Supervisory or Managerial experience within a manufacturing environment, preferably FMCGKnowledge of ERP systems (experience with SAP and Kiwi Plan will be highly regarded)Strong organisational skills and the ability to negotiate, influence, problem solve, plan, set goals and coach staffExcellent project management. time management and computer literacy skillsEnergetic and solution-focused attitude with a keen eye for qualityCurrent drivers licence and forklift licencePrevious Australian work experience and full working rights
