Reporting to the Head of Global Procurement, the Network Procurement Officer (APAC) is responsible for administrative and operational support for the procurement of infrastructure, network services and colocation in the Asia Pacific region that underpin the Megaport platform. The role encompasses a wide range of tasks to ensure that we deliver a network that balances prudent cost control, accurate inventory management, and the delivery of an optimal network design.
As Megaport continues to expand its ecosystem, the Network Procurement team works behind the scenes to procure the infrastructure and network services that underpin Megaport’s position as the leading network-as-a-service platform globally. In this role, you combine your deep market knowledge with tech industry savvy to find solutions that support Megaport's global expansion. You have the potential to impact every part of the business and drive material savings in Megaport’s operating costs. You'll ensure that we drive contract compliance on our third-party agreements while identifying the most cost-effective solutions for our needs. You'll assist on special projects, manage vendor relations and present your recommendations to the Head of Global Procurement.
