Company Lead our uncompromising Safety First: Zero Harm culture throughout the organisation and customer relationships.Manage, mentor and lead the HSEQ Advisers across all geographies; assess capabilities and competencies of advisors and ensure their capacity in rolling out the annual internal audit planDevelop, implement and manage the annual internal audit schedule and external surveillance/certification program nationally across all geographical areasMaintain and update the HSEQ internal audit tool involving necessary stakeholders and members of the HSEQ team as required, ensuring all appropriate issues and areas are being checked and monitoredManage and coordinate all serious incident investigations across the organisation; establish investigative teams and determine level of investigation required; lead investigations where appropriateEnsure all investigations across the organisation are handled appropriately, efficiently and effectively and comply with all necessary standards and reporting, including seeking legal privilege as/when requiredIdentify the need, coordinate the drafting, and issue (WHS) Alerts and other communications across the business and to contractors as requiredProvide advice, guidance and expertise to Business Unit based leaders (at all levels) on HSEQ issues, matters and complianceSupport workers compensation claims review and return to work processesAssist and participate where required in the roll out of HSEQ programs; liaise with relevant external vendors as required in assisting in the roll out of these programs
