Soon to roll out a new Post of Sale System, they are seeking a skilled Learning Designer to join their business to run this project end-to-end.
Reporting to the Learning Design Manager, this role is responsible for: Design, develop and create face-to-face instructor lead and e-learning content that is commercially, and customer service, focused that aims to build future capabilities for their learners. Manage key stakeholder relationships within the organisation to effectively understand and develop learning solutions that meet the key business requirements. Develop engaging and succinct blended learning solutions surrounding the new Post of Sale System.

To be successful in this role you will offer: Tertiary qualification in HR or related Learning & Development discipline with a strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principals. Experience creating instructor lead and e-learning training within a large complex organisation. Expertise using Articulate Storyline and knowledge of SCORM files is highly advantageous. A self-starter with the ability to hit the ground running and work within an agile, fast-paced environment.
