Our client is a well known business based in Fremantle actively seeking a Senior HR Advisor on a permanent basis.Job Description
Reporting to the Head of HR, this role will be partnering with Senior stakeholders to provide expert support and advice in all areas of employee life cycle. This role will be responsible for implementing the HR plan and support relevant business area/s objectives. The client group consists of Senior managers, Operations teams including workforce and support function.
Under the guidance and direction of the Head of HR, this role will work in close partnership with a defined group of business leaders to deploy the HR strategy plan across the relevant business area/s. This includes managing activities that build individual and organisational capability, employee relations, leadership development, talent management and succession planning, change management as well as labour resource planning, workplace investigation, grievance handling and issue mitigation and resolution.
This role will require mentoring, coaching and influencing skills to ensure engagement and compliance throughout the defined client group. It will engage regularly with the HR team and assist with broader HR projects as and when required. It will need to liaise with other experts, including talent acquisition, remuneration and benefit, payroll, HSE on a regular basis.
This role requires solid knowledge and understanding of best practice HR standards across employee life cycle (including project), applicable legislation and industrial relations instruments.The Successful Applicant
