This role has a prime focus on operational Human resources and Work Health and Safety support. Responsibilities: As the HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for and not limited to the following duties: Attending and participating in Senior leadership strategic sessions and meetings Identifying gaps in existing HR policies and processes and there by contributing to the development and implementation of new HR policies and Procedures Connect with employees within the business and ensure all systems and procedures are being utilized Manage all aspects of HR and effectively deal with all HR enquiries Proactively managing compensation and benefits issues arising across the business Leading role in employment conflict issues, organisation design and change initiatives Change management and HR Reporting and metrics
