ABOUT THE ROLE
The Customer Engagement Partner at Cotton On is responsible for creating an Australian lifestyle brand by building a loyal community of highly engaged customers. To be a success in this role you will create emotional and genuine storytelling, focusing on social media, by driving brand awareness through social media platforms and influencer partnerships.
You will identify and partner with appropriate ambassadors to endorse the product range and build a brand community through product partnerships.
• Previous experience leading omni-channel customer campaigns
• Proven record of using social media to build a community of brand advocates
• Resourceful with savvy networking skills
• Innovative and creative thinker with a solutions focus
