We are looking for an exceptionalExecutive Conciergeto be the face of our clients'' building. Basedat the main entrance desk of your assigned building, you will be the first to greet your customers so the first impression of your building depends on your friendliness and efficiency.
You are a true professional, smart and trustworthy; the customer is the centre of your universe. Yourgoal is to contribute to an overall enjoyable customer experience which means you are a brand ambassador for Equiem, and our clients.You will work closely with the building management team, assisting tenants with bookingsreservations, local information, liaising with retailers, assisting with events and Portal store orders, all the while ensuring that the overall end user experience is outstanding.

Who are you?
Like this role, you are one of a kind.Ideally, you possess the following attributes, experience and skills:
- Proven experience as concierge; experience in customer service or relevant role is an advantage
- Proficiency in spoken English; multilingual is a bonus!
- Excellent communication skills
- Polite and confident with a great deal of patience
- Ability in multitasking and time-management
- Aptitude in resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation
With several years of experience in a customer service role, your exceptional customer service skills and high-level attention to detail will be essential to the role. You love being busy and are capable of taking the initiative to deliver results. A great can-do attitude is a must!
