National New build, refurbishment and fit out head contractor located in central Sydney with projects a short journey from the office are onboarding staff now for the new year, this business has recently MBA awards for the excellent completion of some fantastic New build, refurbishment and fit out work.
Contract administrator required to Assist with management of all elements of commercial build, refurb and fit out projects. Training will be provided in-house to get the successful candidate up to speed. This a great opportunity for quality exposure to Construction management as a whole. Overseeing the full life cycle of construction whilst managing, scheduling, sequencing and liaising with sub-Contractors and letting contracts as the Project moves forward.
Skills & Experience
We are seeking applicants who can demonstrate the following skills; 1-2 years experience in construction or engineering Confident in managing logistics and project administration Strong communication skills - written & verbal Very high levels of attention to detail Must have knowledge of construction in some capacity Strong client facing skills Stable track record of employment and looking for a long-term career opportunity Software knowledge and just generally being tech capable will be a plus for this job
