The Company

One of Sydney most historic hotels with 270 beautiful rooms. Known for its beautiful scenic views, the hotel has one restaurant and provides room service, lunch and dinner is looking for a CDP ready to manage a team and be fast tracked to Sous.

The Role

Working under an executive chef in a team of five, you will be managing a section and developing your skills, whilst being mentored into being the executive chef's right hand.


You

  • 2 year previous experience as a CDP, with experience of all sections
  • Ready to step up and learn to manage the team, the pass

  • $55-65K + Super
  • Mostly breakfast shifts (5am - 2pm) and a 38 hour week
