Emerging from the Strategic Plan, the College has developed an Information and Communication (ICT) Strategic Plan. The ICT Strategic Plan sets out a three-year blueprint that will position the College’s ICT systems to support the current and future operations of the College.We are seeking a Business Analyst to work alongside the IT department. The Business Analyst role is a key facilitator within the organisation providing business analyst services for the ICT strategic initiatives. This position will interpret business requirements and act as the conduit between stakeholders across the College and those technical initiativesThe successful candidate will have:- Experience working as a business analyst in a complex organisation or on large IT projects. (Experience in an academic or government environment preferable).- The ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle.- Experience in vendor management and participation in RFP’s (highly regarded).- An ability to absorb and evaluate information from a variety of sources and understand “the big picture”.- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, data entry, and follow-up on processes.- Strong organisational and time management skills.- Well-developed computer literacy in Microsoft Office Applications, preferably in a Mac Environment, with the ability to learn new systems.This is a full-time, fixed term contract of 6 months, with potential for extension.**Salary Range**:4, FTE $81,794 to $85,265 plus 10% Superannuation and Leave Loading 17.5%**Enquiries**: Robyn Healy, IT Transformation Manager Email: email@example.comApplicants must be Australian Citizens, Permanent Residents or hold a valid work permit or visa.
