We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, well organised Executive Assist to support our Chief Health Officer by managing front-of-office functions in a complex and high volume environment. You will be responsible for the delivery of timely, efficient and effective high level administration and executive support.
To be successful in this role you will require a high level of integrity, and strong communication and organisational skills to manage competing priorities for the successful delivery of departmental objectives. You will exercise sound judgement, a high degree of initiative and discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive business matters. You will work collaboratively with the DVA Executive Support Team and others to build productive relationships to achieve results in a busy, fast paced environment.
