Our therapy services are based around a client and family-centred philosophy, which emphasises a collaborative approach working towards achieving the goals identified by children, young people and adults with cerebral palsy, and other physical and neurological disabilities, and their own support network.
About the role
Reporting directly to the Senior Business Manager for the region you will be responsible for service delivery and leadership of staff based out of our Canberra site.
You will lead a team of clinical professionals to deliver high quality, client-focused and outcome driven services to clients with a disability.
You will also be responsible for the implementation of operational business plans within the ACT, achievement of performance targets and for establishing and maintaining relationships within the community.

About you Understanding of the rights of people with a disability Sound problem solving and conflict resolution skills Intermediate to advanced computer skills Proven experience managing a community based, health or disability service Demonstrated ability to lead during times of uncertainty and constant change Strong commercial acumen and sound business management skills that ensure the delivery of quality service outcomes whilst achieving financial KPI's Excellent understanding of customer service standards and demonstrated ability to manage a team to provide exceptional customer service Strong community networks within the region Current Valid Driver's License Current Working with Vulnerable People Check or willingness to obtain one before commencement
